It's time to get specific with your weight loss goal.

Let's start with 8lbs in 5 weeks.

Maybe you'll beat it, but with some intent and hard work, you can lose 1.5lbs or more in a week.

  • 1.6lbs per week over 5 weeks = 8lbs
  • 2lbs per week over 5 weeks = 10lbs

Both will be challenging, but are doable goals. 

With someone at your side to help, it's even more achievable. 

 

In this 5 week package, you receive:

  • Two (2) in-person Training Sessions

  • A Daily Workout Plan

  • A Nutrition Plan and access to me for all of your questions

  • Complete Online Coaching and access to me for five (5) weeks regarding workouts and nutrition

  • One (1) 20-minute Skype call to use whenever you want

 

What's Expected of You?

  • To log each meal, snack, drink and little bit of food you consume.
  • A twice-weekly email report to me on your workouts and reflections on the lifestyle changes you're making.
  • To work as hard as you can on achieving your goal.

Though it may help, you aren't required to have access to a gym to complete this training. This plan will allow you to work out effectively without the use of any commercial equipment.
