A degree is a positive sign for a trainer, but again, does not always signify experience, as many undergraduate programs do not contain practical or hands-on requirements for holding the degree.

2. Experience Matters Most — With Results

Online Training usually comes with some access limits or an agreement to comment on workouts a certain amount of times per week. It also usually does not include calls, but sometimes a trainer will add that as a perk once per month. There are many variables there, and worth asking about.
