Mark DiSalvo
Mark is the founder and owner of DiSalvo Performance Training. He brings over a decade of experience training clients and athletes of all backgrounds. A graduate of Northeastern University, he’s an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Sports Performance Expert with a specialty in combat sports. He’s also a Steve Maxwell Certified Kettlebell Instructor (Levels 1 & 2).
A lifelong athlete, Mark started playing youth hockey at a very young age in Pittsburgh, PA, and played competitively for over a decade before getting into martial arts.
Mark is currently purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, training regularly for over 9 years.
Marcelly Cardia
Marcelly is a personal trainer at DiSalvo Performance Training. She joined the team in the summer of 2023.
Marcelly is a NASM certified trainer, with a passion for fitness and helping others. She also is an enthusiastic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and current purple belt. Her journey into the world of personal training was driven by a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
Her ultimate goal is to inspire individuals to achieve their goals and experience the same sense of accomplishment and well-being that fitness brought her in her own life.
Caleb MacLeod
Caleb is a personal trainer at DiSalvo Performance Training. He’s an ACE certified personal trainer and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. He works with clients in the gym and consults on both our online training and nutrition coaching programs. He joined the team in 2024.
Caleb brings a variety of background knowledge and experience to training clients and athletes. He’s competed in and coached powerlifting, enjoys bodybuilding recreationally, and has experience training people in all walks of life. He works with athletes in many different sports, from jiu jitsu to Hyrox.
He emphasizes setting realistic goals and celebrating small progress, which builds confidence and adherence. His approach focuses on sustainable fitness and mental well-being, empowering clients to recognize their achievements and embrace their journey to better health and performance.
Bianca Franqui
Bianca is the Nutrition Coach at DiSalvo Performance Training, also managing operations and backend logistics to keep things running smoothly.
She is a Precision Nutrition Level 1+2 Coach and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who works with both athletes and individuals looking to improve their general health or change their body composition. Bianca helps her clients navigate performance nutrition, competition preparation and game day nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle changes based on their unique goals.
Bianca’s coaching approach prioritizes building and fostering a healthy relationship with food and developing sustainable habits that support long-term success.
She has been a competitive powerlifter for over 5 years and is a state referee for the USAPL. She previously trained and competed in Olympic weightlifting and even did a super total meet (ask her about it if you're curious!).
