OPEN POSITION:
Strength and Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer (Part-Time)
We are currently looking for experienced trainers/coaches on a part-time basis, with the ability to grow into a full-time role based on performance, client retention and need.
The position will bring you into contact with both youth and adult clients, skewing more heavily towards adults who are working professionals pursuing sports recreationally at a high competitive level. You’ll also periodically come in contact with professional athletes and work with many general population working professionals.

Our facility has some of the best strength and conditioning equipment available, with many custom pieces made to suit our needs. But the core of our ability to offer a high level service starts with highly trained and motivated individuals who stay ahead of the curve through continuous education. We encourage and support our staff in continuing their education at seminars with our long list of connections, and our in-house seminars which begin this fall.

Responsibilities
Create and execute personalized programs for in-person and/or online clients
Grow and maintain an active client base
Manage and maintain an accurate schedule of client appointments and open availability
Attend any required one-on-one or team meetings or in-house education sessions
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience.
Current certification as a trainer or coach.
Current CPR certification.
Should possess a professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong ability to communicate in person and via email.
Trainers and coaches looking to apply should have availability on mornings and/or weekends.
Willing and able to work with general population, working professionals in a personal training capacity.
Willing and able to work with athletes who are involved in combat sports. A familiarity or current/past involvement with combat sport or strength sport is a bonus, but not required.
Experience working in a gym setting as a trainer or group fitness instructor is heavily preferred.
Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 55 lbs minimum.
Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting and loading weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
Salary Range
The range based on experience is $35 to $55 per hour, with $18 per hour for non-session work.
