  • We understand that the vast majority of athletes we train are normal people with jobs, families and lives outside the gym. Your sports pursuit is something you take seriously though, and we understand how to balance useful, results based strength and conditioning programs with real life.

  • Not just in your strength and conditioning session, but when you aren’t there. We aren’t a large gym with hundreds or thousands of members, nor are we a pre-made online program. We can stay in touch to keep you progressing. You aren’t anonymous.

  • Strength and Conditioning programs at DiSalvo Performance Training are based around individual sessions at the gym with your coach, and supplemented by workouts on our Online Platform.

  • Yes. You will work in person with your coach at agreed upon intervals and the rest of your training is provided to you online via our Online Training platform.

  • First, start by reaching out to us through the contact form below. We’ll hop on a call to ensure we’re a mutual fit for our strength and conditioning gym.

    From there, we’ll schedule an assessment session and you’ll be off and running!
