STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES AT DISALVO PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Come experience the best small group training the city has to offer with our Strength and Conditioning class at DiSalvo Performance Training.

Whether you’re a beginner at lifting weights or a seasoned athlete, our Strength and Conditioning Classes are the perfect fit and designed for all levels of lifters. We use a combination of circuit training, barbell, kettlebells, and other weight training modalities in this self paced, but instructor-led format.

If you’re looking to see how strength training can help you in your sport, to feel better in life, or just have some fun with weights and machines in one of the best private gym settings in NYC, this is the class for you.

We cap each class at 6 people to ensure you’re getting maximum instruction, attention and results. Classes run 50 minutes.
