New Kettlebell Programs Available: Bells and Bands, Parts I & II

Like many folks stuck at home right now, you probably have access to extremely minimal amounts of equipment. By the time you’re reading this, you probably also have done your share of YouTube classes, push-up challenges and any number of programs floating around right now.

But if you train jiu jitsu, MMA or in any combat sport (like many who read this site) you probably have at least one kettlebell and a band laying around your house. If that describes you, you’re in luck!

I wrote Bells & Bands (Pt 1) in the first 7 days of the Covid-19 shutdowns in NYC. It’s 4 weeks of training that was designed to keep athlete’s strength and posture together with volume-heavy accessory work in all the right places, using only a simple band (or two) and a kettlebell. So far, we’ve had great feedback from many jiu jitsu athletes, CrossFit athletes, powerlifters, and people who just want to keep moving while at home. It’s 100% free and available here. Enter your email and you’ll be sent the program PDF.

So far, Bells & Bands Pt 1 has had hundreds of downloads and dozens of messages coming in from around the world. It got my wheels turning on a second round of training. Thus, this week we released Bells and Bands Pt II on the DiSalvo Performance Patreon. When you subscribe to the Patreon, you won’t just get Bells and Bands Pt II, you’ll also get instant archive access to all our Live Kettlebell Classes, more videos and future programs.

The temporary shutdown of DiSalvo Performance in NYC has given us a lot of time to plan and work on evolving the Patreon and our online offerings, so I encourage you to stay tuned!

Enjoy the programs and let me know if you have any questions!
