New Strength and Conditioning Classes!

I’m happy to announce that we’re adding small group training to our regular rotation of offerings at DiSalvo Performance Training. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, we’ll be offering strength training classes, led by Marcelly at the gym! You can get more info on and sign up for classes by clicking here. Over the years, we’ve done a lot of small group training for camps, private engagements, and I personally have taught hundreds of hours of group kettlebell and strength and conditioning classes in the past. After the success of our No-Gi Worlds Training Camp in October/November 2023, we decided that a Strength and Conditioning Class for all levels and interests needed to be a permanent part of the schedule at DiSalvo Performance.

We really believe this is the best small group training the city has to offer; with our newly renovated and equipped facility, knowledgeable staff, and years of experience in NYC, we know you’ll smash your goals and have a great time doing it.

Whether you’re a beginner at lifting weights or a seasoned athlete, our Strength and Conditioning Classes are the perfect fit and designed for all levels of lifters.

We use a combination of circuit training for warm-ups, barbell and other weight training modalities to help you learn and excel at compound lifts, and much more.

The format is self paced, but instructor-led, so you don’t have to worry about keeping up with someone who isn’t you. Just focus on yourself and our trainers will keep you moving forward.

If you’re looking to see how strength training can help you in your sport, to feel better in life, or just have some fun with weights and machines in one of the best private gym settings in NYC, this is the class for you.

We cap each class at 6 people to ensure you’re getting maximum instruction, attention. and results. Classes run 50 minutes.
