2024 Off-Season Strength & Conditioning Programs
Hockey Performance Off-season Program
DiSalvo Performance Training will be hosting a full series of professional strength & conditioning programs this hockey offseason, onsite at our private facility in Chelsea, Manhattan. If you want to take big steps to increasing your performance on the ice, get faster, stronger, and more durable, this is the program for you this spring/summer.
This is open to professional & collegiate athletes looking to prepare themselves to perform their best.
What You Can Expect
An initial comprehensive assessment of your body’s strengths, areas for improvement, body composition and overall balance.
6-8 weeks of strength and conditioning training (more or less based on availability and need), all with the goal of increasing your strength and power on the ice.
1-on-1 instruction or small group training is available.
Coaching on optimal recovery methods to keep your performing your best day-to-day.
Injury prevention: From reducing concussion likelihood to bulletproofing the knees and hips, we’ll make sure you get to camp, the season and beyond feeling your best.
Increased mobility and enhanced recovery through both restorative exercises and appropriate exercise programs.
More About Mark
Mark DiSalvo, CSCS, is a New York City based strength and conditioning coach and owner of DiSalvo Performance Training. He brings a decade of professional experience as a strength & conditioning coach to his clients and has worked with athletes at the highest levels in combat sports (MMA, grappling) & basketball. He also comes with over 15 years experience playing ice hockey himself. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and is a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the NSCA. You can read his full bio here.
